"The Damnation of Adam Blessing - 1969 US":

Cleveland, Ohio's Damnation of Adam Blessing scored only a few regional hits and barely dented the national charts, but artistically, they were far and away more original and innovative than any band from their hometown and could even make that case with plenty from outside Ohio.
Damnation's focus was obviously on contemporary hard psych rock, but the arrangements were far more advanced. While most hard psych acts featured screaming or shouting vocalists, Damnation tested the waters with low-range, gospel-like harmonies and Adam Blessing's grinding yet melodic leads.

MEMBERS:

Adam Blessing - Lead Vocals

Ray Benich - Bass Guitar

Kenny Constable - Lead & Supporting Vocals

Jimmy Quinn - Rhythm Guitar - Supporting Vocals

Bobby Kalamasz - Lead Guitar - Supporting Vocals

Billy Schwark - Drums - Percussion

"Lafayette Afro Rock Band - Malik-1976 France":

Lafayette Afro Rock Band was a French funk rock band formed in Roosevelt, Long Island, New York in 1970. Though almost unknown in their native United States, they are now universally celebrated as one of the standout funk bands of the 1970s and admired for their use of break beats.
Upon their relocation to Paris, the local music scene influenced the group's work, and they adopted the name Lafayette Afro Rock Band after releasing their debut LP.
"Malik", recorded in Paris and New York under the production guidance of Pierre Jaubert ("Berjot"), the Lafayette Afro-Rock Band were a jazz-based super session group that created a heavy, dense, no compromise ghetto funk that has since been sampled by everyone from Public Enemy to Wreckz 'N' Effect.

"Chango - Chango- 1975 US":

This is the American Latino 'Chango's' first album and for anyone who likes the early Santana vibe, then you are in for a treat, cause 'Chango' goes where Santana let up.
Two percussionists and a drummer drive the speedy pulse, while organ, bass and guitar roar, slash and sing. This album has it all, the screaming guitar licks, the swirling organ and of course those danceable and tranced-out rhythms.
Members:

George Tacktikos (guitar, vocals)
Reinol Andino (timbales, congas, percussion, vocals)
Pepe Gomez (drums, lead vocals, percussion, piano)
Burlin Speakes (bass)
Thomas Alletto (organ, vocals, piano)
Michael Britton (congas, percussion)
Mike Cruz (timbales, percussion, vocals)
Charles Rook (guitar)

"Les Chakachas- Ego Kai To Gaidouraki Mou-Ta Paidia Tou Peiraia-1960 single Greece":

Les Chakachas formed in Belgium in late 1950s by pianist Nico Gomez and percussionist Gaston Bogaert. They were imitators of the Latin sounds that were taking the world by storm at the time, from cha cha, to mambo to hybrid exotica to rumba. They made records and seldom played outside Brussels.
This single recorded in Greece in 1960."Ego Kai To Gaidouraki Mou" written By Mouzakis, Economidis and "Ta Paidia Tou Peiraia (Never On Sunday)" written By Manos Hadjidakis. (vinyl rip)

"Nico Gomez And His Afro Percussion Inc.- Ritual -1971 Belgium":

Nico Gomez is a Belgian writer/composer who is famous for his Latin-American sounds. He conducted the famous Nico Gomez Orchestra and also wrote for Les Chakachas, another well known Belgian group.
"Ritual" recorded in the early 70s in Belgium its a tasty batch of Latin funk grooves, with a deep Afro-soul sound thrown into the mix, and some slight Chicano rock touches, like fuzzy guitar and heavy organ. It includes fantastic funk versions of two Perez Prado groovers "Caballo Negro" and "Lupita" the latter of which is the monster dance floor mash up but the whole album really rocks.

HAPPY EASTER

ΚΑΛΟ ΠΑΣΧΑ

"CRISTO REDENTOR"

When Duke Pearson show Corcovado peak with its huge white statue of Christ in 1961 on a tour to Rio with Nancy Wilson said " I'd never felt that close to religion before" and wrote this magic song "cristo redentor". The melody is uncommonly airborne and reflects the awakening of wonder. Donald Byrd sustains and deepens the soaring combination in the piece of serenity and depth of feeling.

Harvey "Snake" Mandel named his record after this holy song and includes a great version in it. Arranged by Nick (sounds Interesting)De Caro.

The songs above are vinyl-rips from my personal collection enjoy

"The Electric Prunes- Mass in F Minor -1968 US":

"Mass in F Minor" is the third studio album by The Electric Prunes, released in 1968. This project was composer David Axelrod's idea, The Electric Prunes performing a Catholic mass set to psychedelic guitar.
At the time of its release it was seen as innovative and adventurous, and it was subject to further interest in 1969 when the song "Kyrie Eleison" appeared in the movie Easy Rider.

"Supermax - Fly With Me- 1979 Austria":

Supermax were an Austrian group formed in 1976 who fused spacey synth disco with dub, rock and other assorted influences to create a pretty unique sound.
Supermax was a project of the Austrian musician and producer, Kurt Hauenstein, best known for "Love Machine", a 1977 German #4 single, that peaked at #6 in Switzerland, #9 in Austria and #96 in US.
The members of the band were Hauenstein, Hans Ochs (guitar), Ken Taylor (bass guitar), Lothar Krell (keyboards), Peter Koch (percussion), Jurgen Zoller (drums) and the singers Cee Cee Cobb and Jean Graham. Later Bernadet Onore Eben and Jessica Hauenstein, the daughter of Kurt Hauenstein and Bernadet Onore Eben, joined the group as back vocal singers.
In 1981, Supermax toured as the first mixed-race band through South Africa. Despite warnings and death threats, Supermax finished the tour, but this made some countries refuse permits for entry, and consequently the group was black-listed by some political organizations.

"Jack Costanzo-Afro Can Can-1959 US":

Jack Costanzo (born September 24, 1922, Chicago, Illinois) is an American percussionist.
A composer, conductor and drummer, Costanzo is best known as a bongo player, and is nicknamed "Mr. Bongo". He visited Havana three times in the 1940s and learned to play Afro-Cuban rhythms on the bongos and congas.
A surprisingly nice version of Cole Porter's "Can-Can", performed by Jack "Mr. Bongo" Costanzo, and a swingin band with a good mix of Latin and jazz stylings. There's lots of great conga and bongo riffs from Jack up front, and some good tight arrangements behind him, giving the whole thing a bit more swing than you'd expect.

"Nelly Manou-Mimis Plessas-Crazy Girl/007 Shake-1967 GR single":

Nelly's Manou "Crazy Girl" is the Shakiest Greek Pop Song from the 60s ever!!!!!! There are not many things to say as there is no breath as your feet are moving in the dance floor.
This song was originally released in 1967 by Nelly Manou (composer the famous Greek composer Mimis Plessas) and later was released by Aleka Kanellidou as well. The song was one of the main themes of the Greek Musical Comedy "Oi thalassies oi handres" (The blue beads), and was about the love of a young rich ye-ye girl and a bouzouki player lad.

On side 2 there is an instrumental and as you can tell by its title "007 Shake" is a groovy ye-ye shake with great horns composed by Mr. Plessas. (vinyl rip)
