Billed to the "new improved" Electric Prunes, 1969's "Just Good Old Rock And Roll" features none of the original members of the Los Angeles psychedelic rock band, and is, in fact, the work of an entirely different group.
As its title implies, the album is much more straightforward than earlier Prunes outings, though a psych element does peek through from time to time.Although a fine album in the Three Dog Night/Lovin' Spoonful vein.
